actiTIME is a web-based time tracking software. The solution should be a good fit for businesses in the small and medium segments. This is available in two versions; one is a cloud-based and subscription- based service. The other version can be used on a server inside in your business, and lets users operated from their desktops. In either format, the look & feel and the functionalities are the same. The data captured through this application should help improve business processes, analyze team performance and reduce business costs. The product will deliver daily time-sheets. These will provide you with details of performed work, comments, absence, leaves, overtime hours and so on. Managing projects become easier as the tool will let you get a close look at project assignments, manage planned vs. actual work time and get detailed reports about them.
Staff Output Report provides you with details of time spent on specific tasks by various people and at what expense (depending on their pay rates), at what times and so on. Accounting related information that you have access to include hourly rates and cost reports, billing rates and billing reports, client invoices, profit/loss analysis, etc. You would be able to define task billing types and specify billing rates. Getting a fix on your financial income position would be possible easily. Profit/loss analysis by customers, by projects and by tasks is possible. The interface is simple, easy to understand and intuitive to use. You should not need much familiarization time to get going. This is a useful tool for overseeing your project activities.
